SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds on copays, account balances, product purchases, or cosmetic procedures.  Cosmetic deposits are subject to the cosmetic policy.

If a procedure is canceled the following will apply: Canceled 3 weeks in advance-full refund of deposit; Surgery cancelled 2 weeks in advance 50% refund of deposit; and procedures canceled one week or less in advance will forfeit 100% of deposit. This is done to maintain the continuity of a very valuable and busy schedule. We reserve a considerable amount of discretion in implementing this difficult but necessary policy.
